Service Process
1. MAKE HOTEL RESERVATION
We will suggest and make the hotel reservation according to your style before you come.Just want to make you feel more comfortable here.
2. PICKING UP
Usually we will make the arrangement to pick up our kind customers from shanghai /hangzhou airport or railway station once they reach there, which means we are ready to service once our customers step foot in china
3. PRODUCT SOURCING
① If you have any products need sourcing in China, our marketing staff will provide valuable information on purchasing, product cost,MOQ,designing, quality control, logistics, custom clearance.
② with our advise and agent service, you can purchase products meet your quality requirement at more cheaper price from right suppliers.
4. PURCHASING
① We will accompany customers walking in the market or visit the factories and translate,to make the dialogue clear and communication accessibility.
② While with customers,we will write down customers requirement to make the products right packaging,right products.
③ We will make the files with product pictures,unit price,packaging information,and specific requirement to let our customers confirm the order.
④ After the order confirmed by customers,we will inform our customers to arrange the deposit for orders,usually 30%-50% of goods value,when we receive the deposit,we will arrange to suppliers to make the orders begin producing.
5. WAREHOUSING INSPECTION & QUALITY CONTROL
① If make production with your own design & size
• we will ask factories to show us pre-production samples before making bulk production, after you confirmed, then go to start make production.
• And our staff go to factory to help you monitor and control each step of the production process , make it ready on time and no problem on quality.
• When production is finished, we will do sample inspection from production and give you report to let you know product status.
② If buy stock
Quantities , printing , labeling , colors ,sizes, packaging and shipping marks are all in our control. We take photos and make inspection reports for you to confirm. If there are any differences, we will confirm them with you before progressing any further.
6. DOCUMENTS & SHIPPING
① Once the goods are ready ,we will inform our customers to arrange the balance,and we will start to collecting goods in warehouse after the balance.
② We will communicate with our customers about loading items sequence,because some of customers they may have specific requirement about this,just to make things more perfect.Then we will monitor the loading until finished.
③ Working with different shipping lines such like MSC. APL, ONE,EMC, COSCO,HMM,MSK,OOCL,YML,CMA, at the best rate to any port around the world. Arrange the LCL shipment(less than container)and FCL(full container) to any ports. Even if you have your own designated forwarder, we can still help you with all the inland procedures. We provide FOB terms .Air shipping & Express.
④ After shipping out the containers,we will make the packing list and invoice for our customers to make the custom clearance at the destination port.
